Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refund is provided once a purchase is completed.

1. Final and Non-Refundable Purchases

All subscription purchases, upgrades, and renewals on Infinity Cloud Labs are final and strictly non-refundable once payment is successfully completed.

2. No Partial Refunds or Credits

We do not provide partial refunds, prorated refunds, wallet credits, or account credits for unused periods, partial course usage, inactivity, or change of mind.

3. User Responsibility Before Purchase

Users are responsible for reviewing plan benefits, eligibility, and pricing details before making payment. By completing a payment, the user acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy.

4. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If a transaction fails but amount is debited, resolution is handled as per payment gateway and bank settlement rules. Genuine duplicate charges caused by a technical gateway issue may be reviewed and addressed at our discretion after verification.

5. Policy Violations

Account suspension or termination due to policy violations (including content misuse or credential sharing) does not qualify the user for any refund.
