Infinity Cloud Labs provides online cloud and DevOps training programs through a structured learning platform. Access to training content and related services is provided through a subscription model subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Users must provide complete and accurate registration details and promptly update information when required. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activities performed through their account. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any account sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
Paid plans are billed on a yearly basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways integrated with the platform. Subscription access begins only after successful payment confirmation and verification by the platform systems.
All subscription purchases are strictly non-refundable. No refund, partial refund, credit note, or cancellation reversal will be issued once payment is completed. This applies even if the user does not use the purchased plan, uses it partially, or decides to discontinue later. Users must review plan details, eligibility, and features before making payment.
All course content is protected and provided for personal learning use only. Users are strictly prohibited from downloading course videos or learning materials in any manner. Users are strictly prohibited from screen recording, copying, redistributing, reproducing, publishing, transmitting, or commercially exploiting any content. Users may not share account credentials with others. Any attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with platform protection mechanisms is prohibited.
Infinity Cloud Labs reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently delete accounts where any policy violation is detected, including illegal content downloading, screen recording, credential sharing, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Infinity Cloud Labs may initiate legal action where applicable under governing laws.
All platform materials, including videos, modules, topics, text, graphics, assessments, and branding, are the exclusive property of Infinity Cloud Labs and/or its licensors. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited and may be punishable under applicable law.
Infinity Cloud Labs provides the platform and content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The platform does not guarantee specific job placements, salary outcomes, or career results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Cloud Labs disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
